My second supplementary, relating to part (b): Whatever the law, the Government has lost money. Lease rent is in arrears, and the land is also in jeopardy. Both land and revenue are at risk. There is a clear suspicion of collusion between the lessee and officials. Please ensure prompt recovery of arrears or repossession. What follow-up measures will you take to recover the dues or the land?
