Hon. Muhammad Faisal made brief closing remarks in support of an Amendment Bill, noting that equal application of the law in Sri Lanka has attracted foreign investors to the export and import sectors. He argued that providing legal protection and necessary support to investors would contribute to national economic growth.
Today, foreign investors have come forward to invest in our country’s export and import sectors. The reason is that the law applies equally to everyone in our country. By providing protection and other necessary support to investors, we can enhance the nation’s economic growth. I thank you for the opportunity to debate this Amendment Bill and take my leave.
