My first supplementary is a proposal: Can we establish, under the leadership of our District Coordinating Committee Chairman and Secretary in Galle, an organizational mechanism that meets regularly to discuss areas identified for archaeological evaluation—so we can progress this as a district? Are there any legal barriers to forming such a committee?
