Mr. Speaker, please allow me one minute. Under Standing Order 27(2), for my question the Deputy Minister has sought two weeks. As you know, we agreed at yesterday’s Parliamentary Business Committee to allow five minutes for clarifications. Accordingly, I am entitled to five minutes for clarification.
