Hon. Rasamanickam rose under Standing Orders to respond after his name was mentioned, addressing two matters. Archchuna need not be concerned about it. Additionally, insurance coverage for farmers in Batticaloa has been suspended; from the 11th it has been officially stated there is no insurance.
