Yasanta Ariyasena, Chairperson, Public Security Committee, of No. 12, Denagama Nagena Gira, Denagama—on 2026.02.20 at 9.30 a.m.; Ms. Roshani Abeysekara Pathirana of No. 10, Sithumina, Denagama East, Denagama—at 9.30 a.m.; and Ms. Thevuni Thesanya Jayawardena of No. 1/21, Kongahakoratuwa, Denagama East, Denagama—at 9.30 a.m. Who has issued this?
