He clarified the specific nature of his inquiry, distinguishing it from an unrelated matter, and requested that the Minister be permitted to respond before allowing him to reply, while also seeking permission to formally raise the question during that week's proceedings.
Out of the 25 ordered, 10 ships have arrived—and all 10 were substandard. That is why I raised this. I did not ask you about a Homagama bank account number. Please allow the Minister to respond and then allow me to reply. I respectfully request permission to raise this question this week.
